HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT – CUMULUS
A bold vision for city living, where innovators and creatives come together to shape a brand-new SoCal lifestyle.
The project will consist of a combined 1,210 apartments and 100,000 square feet of commercial space divided between two separate buildings. The Tower building is a 30-story tower being designed by Chicago-based firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz.

From the Virtual Design and Shop Drawing Process, through procurement, budget development, submittals, schedule development and project kick off. Connecting the many project stakeholders through industry leading project management software drastically increases Nova’s efficiency and accountability on your projects.
Utilizing Building information Modelling (BIM), allows Nova to enhance the coordination of our scope installations with other disciplines, resolving conflicts before they occur.
Early engagement of our pre-construction services is vital to the successful execution of our contract scope of work. Minimizing RFI’s, delays and construction sequencing glitches, extensive constructibility review integrated with thorough BIM modelling provides value added project management to our projects.

Nova’s U.S. division was founded in 2013, supporting some of its existing Canadian clients’ project ventures into Southern California. Since its opening, Nova’s U.S. Division has successfully completed numerous major projects in the multi-family high-rise, education, retail, Bio tech, and hospitality sectors.
